• Images and text — photos or text you submit for event extraction. These are sent to our AI service for processing and deleted immediately after.
• Scan count — stored locally on your device to manage free scan limits.
• Language preference — stored locally on your device.
• Purchase information — handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store payment details.

How We Use Your Information

• To extract event details from photos and text using AI
• To save events to your calendar
• To manage your subscription status

Data Storage

Images and text you submit are processed securely and deleted immediately after extraction. We do not store your photos, notices or personal schedule on our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API — used for AI event extraction. Data is processed securely and not stored.
• RevenueCat — used for subscription management.
• Apple App Store — handles payments and distribution.

Calendar Access

Noticify requests access to your calendar solely to save events you approve. We do not read, store or share your existing calendar data.

Children's Privacy

Noticify is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
